I’m working on new two-color story to be published via risograph for the fall. It’s an autobiographical tale based on a strange event on my sixth birthday. It will be serialized here first once I get a few more pages done. I tend to work on these things from the middle – out.

I’m participating in a group show featuring 16 Philadelphia based artists and cartoonists at AIGA PHILADELPHIA just off the corner of 2nd and Arch Streets in Philly, May 1 through May 31.

Showcasing local comic book artists, visual communicators and storytellers.
Curated by Chase Alexander and Gaby Heit

AIGA Philadelphia’s May exhibit will feature local talents of diverse aesthetics whose work shares the connection to the comic book (sequential art and design) medium; be it through visual communication and storytelling, and designs that feature the characters and stories that have influenced the pop culture landscape. The exhibit opens on First Friday, May 1, and continues to May 31 with related programming throughout the month, to be announced. AIGA Philadelphia SPACE is located at 72 N. 2nd Street in Old City, Philadelphia.

Church of the Living Comic is eight Philadelphia cartoonists reading and talking about their work aided by digital projection. It’ll be a spectacle all right. Come on out!
